1. Tu Le, Yen Bai

2. Bac Son, Lang Son

Bac Son is in the centre of limestone mountain, with the majestic beauty of mountains, clouds, and endless green rice fields. Its beauty has different shades of appearance in different times of the year. From the end of July to mid-November, it is said to have the nicest weather. Vast ripe rice fields in Bac Son had a graceful nature. A golden colour is everywhere while the clouds lazily flow over limestone mountain tops. The scene was so picturesque that we couldn’t take our eyes off it.

3. Sapa

Just like the northern mountainous provinces, Sapa stepped into the fall with the terraced fields on the Hoang Lien Mountains, seductive with each layer of yellow terraces hidden in clouds and sunny afternoon. 

The terraced fields in Ta Phin village, Lao Chai, Ban Ho, Trung Chai ... have hundreds of years been the hands of the Ha Nhi, Hmong, Dao care and cultivation. Every ripe rice season, travel enthusiasts and photographers come to Sapa to watch rice, drink wine specialties highland and mix in the beautiful nature painting.

4. Mu Cang Chai, Yên Bai

One of the attractions tourists and photographers in the rice season is Mu Cang Chai town located under Hoang Lien Son mountain range with beautiful terraced fields. La Pan Tan and Che Du Cu Nha, the two communes with the most beautiful rice fields Mu Cang Chai cling to visitors by the yellow carpet of light was woven through the skillful hands of the Hmong people. Terraced fields appear in almost communes and towns in the district, but they most concentrate in Ban Luoc, Ban Phung, Thong Nguyen, Ho Thau, Nam Ty, San Sa Ho.
