Stuffed Pancake (Bánh Cuốn) in Dong Van

The Stuffed Pancake of Dong Van Old Quarter is the familiar breakfast of the local people in Ha Giang.

The Stuffed Pancake of Dong Van Old Quarter is looked the same as one of the other places, but it has the different special taste. 

This dish is made from Steamed rice flour, minced fungus and pork, which is carefully made by the local people. First, they steam the rice flour on the face of fabric then take it out and pour the minced fungus and pork.

Tourists can’t enjoy this delicious cuisine without the special sauce and the soup, spring roll, onion, coriander, which create the special taste for the stuffed pancake of Dong Van Old Quarter.
