On the afternoon of March 9, at the press conference to introduce the first Bread Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh - president of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Business Association - said this first bread festival taking place from March 30 to April 2 at the Youth Cultural House in Ho Chi Minh City.
The festival brings together 120 booths of restaurants, bakeries, suppliers in Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country, foreign suppliers... Especially in the festival, there is a symposium "Onion" development of Vietnamese bread", introducing 105 dishes with bread by famous chefs.
Attendees also got to enjoy the famous bread brands for free. At the press conference, the representative of the 80-year-old bread brand Nguyen Sinh (District 1) said that they will prepare 420kg of pate to serve for free.
