[PHOTO] Overwhelmed By The Natural Beauty In Bac Son Valley In The Season Of Ripe Rice

Between the sky, the water, the nature and the people of Bac Son (Lang Son), it is as one of the picture of a peaceful, honest but charming, enchanting life.

Bac Son is a rural district of Lạng Sơn Province in the Northeast region of Vietnam and it is situated 160 km northeast of Hanoi.

One of the interesting aspects about this valley is its incredibly high mountains which are about 500-1200 meters high. These mountains, together with the valley’s paddy fields, create a great scenic landscape that you can only see its best after climbing to the peak of a mountain which is located just a few minutes from the town.

Golden valley between heaven and clouds

Early in the morning, Bac Son gold valley appeared faintly in the white clouds floating. To be able to admire this scene, visitors must spend a lot of time and effort.

When the sun rises after the mountains, valleys in the clouds appear like a watercolors painting. Na Lay peak, about 400 meters above sea level, is considered the place with the most beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Tourists who want to hunt the sunrise and cloudy photos must start at 3:30 at the foot of the mountain, step through 1,200 stone steps and about an hour to arrive. Although hard, what you get is really worth the effort.

The vast white clouds sea, surrounded by majestic peaks, obscures the peaceful village in the valley. Bac Son appeared before our eyes both real and imaginary in the sky.

The valley is dyed with golden colors of rice

From 7-11 every year, Bac Son becomes a familiar name for travel enthusiasts. The peaceful setting of the village is an amazingly attractive harvest season. 

Once you drop by, you will be enthralled. The crop here does not start at the same time. Each household arbitrarily cultivates at different times. Therefore, the rice harvest date is not the same. Besides rice paddies ripen, the rice fields have just been growing or are reaping. Guests will admire the entire vast valley with golden colors of ripe rice alternating with the cool green of young plating. No less than the plots of land known as the rice paradise of Sapa (Lao Cai), Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai), Hoang Su Phi (Ha Giang) ...

Bac Son has a simple but charming beauty. After the rain, the entire field in the valley was covered with beautiful water. The villages of Nung, Dao and Tay people lay close to their feet, contributing to making the natural picture more poetic and lively.
