Free wi-fi to cover Ha Long bay

A free wi-fi system and security cameras are being installed at 17 stops on Ha Long bay, the northern province of Quang Ninh.

The free connection, which is now available at Thien Cung and Dau Go caves and Titop island, will help tourists update news easier and follow entertainment while travelling the bay.

The security cameras will broadcast live images from the 17 stops on the bay to help monitor and deal with issues related to security and order, ensuring safety for tourists.

The move helps lay the initial foundation for selling e-tickets to Ha Long bay in the coming time.

As scheduled, free wi-fi access will cover all stops on the bay. Overnight cruise ships will also have free wi-fi soon.
