Vietnam Airlines to launch new service to Sydney

As from this coming March 28, Vietnam Airlines has announced it will be offering three weekly flights from Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi to Sydney, the state capital of New South Wales in Australia.

The flights will be operated by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner equipped with the latest Vietnam Airlines travel cabins, with a capacity of 302 seats including 18 in Business, 21 in Premium Economy and 263 in Economy.

With this new destination, the Vietnamese airline is extending its services to the tourist destinations in the land down under, extremely popular with its customers.

The arrival of Vietnam Airlines in Sydney strengthens the company’s presence on top-of-the-range leisure destinations, a growing market where Vietnam Airlines, with the quality of products and services it offers its customers, is a leader.

The flights leave Hanoi at 11:55pm and arrive in Sydney some nine hours 35 minutes later with return from Sydney at 3:15pm the following day subject to daylight savings adjustments.

In connection with the launch, Vietnam Airlines has on offer highly discounted fares through February 28 in ticket offices throughout the country with prices starting as low as US$530 (VND11,990,000) round trip for flights departing March 28 through April 28
