The event aims to promote potential, introduce tourist destinations and tourism products of Quang Ninh province to international friends.
After 10 years of existence, the Carnival Ha Long will be held indoor for the first time on April 28 at the FLC Ha Long Ecotourism Resort complex in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

The annual carnival will consist of three main parts, including the massive stage performance from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, stellar art performances staged by renowned artists and singers, and Grammy-Grammy kids art troupe, among others, at 8:00 pm. A low-range firework will wrap up the carnival program.
The massive stage performance is expected to lure the participation of some 400 professional and amateur artists, including 34 foreigners from eastern European countries and Colombia.
The Carnival Ha Long is part of the activities in response to the Visit Vietnam Year 2019 themed “Sea Color” and the 2019 Ha Long - Quang Ninh Tourism Week. It is among a series of events to celebrate the 44th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and National Unification (April 30). Besides, it is expected to popularize local tourism potential and outstanding products.
During the 2019 Ha Long – Quang Ninh Tourism Week, Quang Ninh province will hold over 20 cultural, tourism and sport activities.
